Love romance novels and films? This is the job for you! Passionflix is seeking a Marketing & Publicity Coordinator to join our growing team. Passionflix is a streaming platform turning bestselling romance novels into films and series. As a Marketing & Publicity Coordinator, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing & PR in executing marketing strategies to continue to build our loyal community of Passionistas along with general admin duties. We are looking for someone who is social media savvy and loves creating content! Event planning experience is also a plus as you will play a big part in all our premieres and special events. This is not a remote position. You must be available to work from the PASSIONFLIX office just south of Atlanta (Palmetto).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Create email marketing campaigns to keep in touch with our subscribers, sharing the latest news and exciting updates• Work with the Director of Marketing & PR to develop exciting social media content and campaigns• Assist in the day-to-day management of our social media accounts and calendar• Provide support in the planning of and at Passionflix premieres and special events• Assist with delivering movie assets to the various platforms for each Passionflix release• Assist on set as needed, taking photos, BTS footage and hosting special guests• Review and organize movie stills and BTS footage from each project• Work with Shop Associate to come up with exciting new merchandise ideas• Attend meetings and take detailed notes, distributing as needed• Provide weekly industry updates to the Passionflix team
QUALIFICATIONS
• 1-3 years of experience in social media and/or marketing at a studio, creative agency or brand• Ability to multitask efficiently• Strong attention to detail• BA required

• Entertainment industry experience• A love for romance novels• An understanding of the romance novel industry and community
